Coach/Instructor - How to become one?
Coaches and Instructors play a critical role in supporting the enjoyment and performance of riders.
They work with a wide variety of individuals developing skills and abilities that make riding more fun. They can key help someone experience the joy of riding for the first time right through to being the driving force in supporting a rider to win a World Championship.
With such a wide remit Coaches and Instructors require a broad range of skills, knowledge and behaviours to provide the right support.
AusCycling is committed to development and support for our Coaches and Instructors to so they can enjoy their role and are able to provide quality riding experiences for the wider cycling community.
