Lodging a public liability claim

If you are an AusCycling Member, Affiliated Club or Approved Event Manager, please complete this Incident Report Form if;

  1. Someone is holding you responsible for damaging their property or caused injury.
  2. An incident has occurred and you have damaged someone’s property or caused injury.
Notify Marsh immediately of your intention to lodge a liability claim via one of the following options:
