Turn Off Auto-Renew Function
To turn the Auto-Renew Function off on your membership, please see the below steps:
2. Select 'Memberships'.
3. On either the person or your membership, click on 'View More Details'.
4. This will then take you to your Membership Category and you will see 'Next Charge' on this page.
Example:
Next Charge
$275.00 on 29 May 2025, VISA ending in 0000
Cancel Auto-renew
5. Click on 'Cancel Auto-renew' and this will cancel the payment from proceeding.
Alternatively, you may submit a ticket here with the Member Services Team to request this to be turned off.
Important Note:
- Payment Plan members who have agreed to paying 12x Payments across 12 consecutive months will not be able to cancel/pause their payment plan until all 12x payments have been made.
